Install Language Packs into CorelDraw?

I have CorelDrawX3 installed but I wanted to add a different language pack to it.

Under C:\Program Files\Corel\CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 13\Languages\

I copied the new language folder /w all the files that I got from a previous installation.

But it still doesn't show up in the tools-options-global under languages.

Do I need to modify the registry or how do I get Corel do use the other Language folder?

I don't know the answer to this one but post the question on the Corel X3 NG almost certainly someone will know something about this.
