I am working in Crystal XI now. In some earlier versions, when you picked a detail field and did Insert Summary, you were offered the option of inserting the summary for all groups and grand total at the same time. That option seems to be gone in XI. Am I just missing it? Is it somewhere else that I haven't found? Thanks!

It was gone in XI. Returned in XI R2 (which is a free update).
In XI, you can Ctrl-Drag the summery to copy it to other grouping levels...
