Info7.5 - Instances remain processing

We run Seagate Info 7.5 in Win 2K server. Some of the reports remain "processing" for ever. When these reports are stopped and rescheduled, they complete within seconds! These are not even going to status "Not Responding". The MaxProcessingTime setting in the registry is 180 min. Individual instances are using only the global settings for MaxProcTime.

Any clue?

Give this a try:

The issue is that while the report is being processed, on the Info Server, it is generating the encapsulated pages for the page-on-demand Info Viewer. To disable this automatic caching of pages, right-click on the report object in the Info Desktop and choose 'Object Limits'. In the dialog box near the bottom, there is a section labeled 'Set maximum cache pages'; change this from the default value of 'Unlimited' to 'Limited to' and replace the value 10 with 0.
