Info Agent process terminates automatically

The Info Agent process terminates automatically after the APS was started, even before any report is viewed using info viewer or web interface. Even if it is restarted, it terminates again by itself.

Any suggestions?

Are you running the agent and aps as services or processes?

And if you switch so they run as services, (if they are running as processes, or vice versa) does the Agent do the same thing?
