Can anyone tell me where to look for the table that shows where incomming numbers get addressed to specific phone ext's and how to change them? Opt11c

take a look in LD 49 at the IDC table if it is built.

Look at your incomming route LD21 prt,rdb check which IDC is against it. You may have serveral incomming routes assigned to different IDC's or just One Route/IDC depends on number of PSTN links you have.

Then as hawks said LD49 prt,idc,cust,table No.
