If it is possible to include an attachment(s) with mailto:, please provide a sample.

If it did you would need to know the exact path to the file anyway (which would be unlikely).

If you want users to send mail with attachements you will need to create a mail form/script using server side scripting such as PHP, ASP or ColdFusion

It can be done, but its tedious. You have to MIME encode or uuencode the attachment and include the correct headers along with it. I did something like that many years ago, but can't remember how I did it.
