inactive DND softkey

Hi!

I am using CCM 4.1 and cisco IP phones. There was no DND softkeys on the phones, so I added them in custm made softkey template. They appeared on phones, but they were not active. I assigned an assistant to the user and key becam active, but another menu appeared on scren, which I don't want. But on CME works normal and the key is there by default. Does anyone know if there is a checkbox somewhere or something? Please let me know.

From my experience the DND key is only active when using IPMA in CCM. Since it works in CME, I would expect that to be changed in CCM 5.0 but haven't heard.

pndscm is correct, the DND key is only active when using IPMA with CCM at this point in time.
