In use/corrupt record

I was entering a payment for an invoice in PCA 2003 Multi-User. The system crashed. When I try to open the invoice now, it says "The record you are trying to access is currently in use. Please try again when it is available. [File: G:\data\angpress\JrnlHdr.DAT]" and won't allow me to open and edit it.

The customer record reflects the balance of the invoice. Help please!

Stop the service on the workstation and/or server, then try to edit it. Software Sales, Training and Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine

Thank you for the prompt reply! I had all the machines shut down (except for the server) and restarted my workstation. This finally made PCA 2003 realize that it was operating in single-user mode. I was able to edit the invoice. Thanks a lot!
