I haven't worked much with IMS and I thought a name change would be simple, of course I should have known better . This lady got married and her last name changed. I changed her name in the Manager and attempted to change it in the IMS Administration program, but had no resolution. The user apparently cannot check messages nor is getting the notification, which I believe all has to do with this name change...thanks in advance for the assistance!
