Hello,

I have a text file contains several lines, with each one being tabbed delimited.

I would like to have a web page that is static, but can just load this ever changing text file into a table whenever a user logs onto my site (or clicks refresh).

Could someone point me in the write direction? I don't know if I should look at VBScript, or some kind of CSS?

Thanks!
Barry

look anywhere but css.

css is for designing and laying out the context of your html document.

scripting, such as ASP, PHP, ColdFusion, etc. can do this for you.

Thanks, to add one more thing to this, I need to have everything contained in one HTML page (no server access), it would need to render as soon as the user logs in.

I'm thinking I may need to just write a seperate program to take my table and spit out the HTML.

Thanks!
Barry

you can read adam0101's post here: thread216-997688.
not sure if it's what you want, but it could get you started.

normally, i'd advise to steer clear of JS, because anyone with it disabled will not see your data.
