importing data from an email message automatically

i am creating a database for my company, we are an internet based insurance broker. our leads come down via email, which are always in teh same format. i need a way of importing that data into my tables without needing to type it in manually, as speed is key when dealing with new leads.

i am using access 2007
my email client is currently windows mail, but can change if needed

Have a look at InboxRules RW. It has a function that runs in Outlook, and will convert emails to a text based data file according to your settings.

There is a Trail, a Free Verion and a Paid version.

i used to set outlook rules to move messages with particular subject to a folder. My access app would then connect to that folder and loop through unread msg's brabbing the data as i had it coming in dhering to a predefined format....
