Imbedded voice mail short code 1

Hi, can anyone give me a quick shortcode I can program remotely for an IP office embedded VM to access the VM system without going directly into the persons own VM or a code to press after they do get into their box to say enter mailbox--During the VIRUS the Admin wants to record everyone's greeting but from her phone for safety precautions--

icet500 They have PW set up but the problem is the Admin has to access the other peoples VM from her phone because of COVID fear--When she accesses VM from her phone it takes her tight to her messages--I need to have a code ie #, #8, #0 etc to bring her to the VM Prompt Please Ener Your MB number--Or from her phone dial a short key *xx to get to this prompt--O tried to set up one with *60 using VM collect with no action (N) and it did not work (dead air)
