Image update in a swf file

Guys heres a tough one (atleast for me )....
how can you update a image file (.gif or Jpeg) in a swf file without using the fla source file ...come on get your grey cells to work cos mine have already turned black.... [sig][/sig]

When you import it to Flash, it will be in the Library and you will be able to update the file and publish again.
If the file is protected, write me for the solution to that.
