Illustrator Mouse Scroll Wheel goes backwards

I have just reinstalled all my programs on my mac (OS 10.4 Tiger).
Now when in illustrator and i use the mouse scroll wheel, it scrolls backwards. ie. up should go up and down should move the page down. but it doesnt - up moves it down now and down moves it up!
PLEASE can anyone help me...!

It is actually a bug in the OS, and Illustrator is the only program so far that has been properly re-programmed to scroll the "correct" way, "correct" being the way it works on Windows computers. A patch for Photoshop CS2 and ImageReady is scheduled for release April 1st, 2006. Other Adobe apps will also be patched in the next few weeks.
