Illustrator Brushes

I find the illustrator brushes are limited. I would like to use some photoshop brushes, is there a way to convert photoshop brushes into illustrator? I would like to have photoshops natural brushes in illustrator or something similar in graphic quality when used.

Are there any suggestions?
Can anyone share brushes of this nature?

Not sure if that's possible, but have you checked the web for brushes or the adobe exchange? You may be able to find similar brushes online somewhere.
