ICB Problem

Hope someone can Help.

I have installed a Conference Bridge into CS1000M R4.5. All seems to work fine with the one exception. When a conference is set up and everyone dials in (mixture of both office extension ans mobile users) it announces each person entering conference ok. If an office phone then hangs up it gives the correct announcement "xxxxx is leaving the conference". BUT if a mobile phone hangs up it gives some audible beeps (the tone is the same as when you dial an incorrect number) and says that the person is leaving. It does this 5 times then gives the correct message "xxxx is leaving conference" and then everybody else can carry on conference. This is causing major problems as when call is made up of mainly mobile users, and they loose their signal no one can take part in conference as it is always being interrupted.

Can anyone shed any light on this please. I beleive it may be something either to to with ACD or incoming lines but not sure what.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Have had freaky things happen with the announcing of the participants.
Best thing to do is to set up the bridge with silent/tones enter and silent/tones exit. This saves a lot of interruption to the conference call. Be sure to use a password for conference entry for security reasons.
