Recieved this message on an ibm pseries

Periodic Diagnostics for sysplanar0 has detected a problem
The service request number is A15-122

Does anyone have an idea as to what this means?

I've connected the 2nd powersuplie and rebooted the system
It seems 2B working just fine now...
