I need to sort data between two work sheets

A little vague on the specifics there, free21.
Do your data have unique identifiers (e.g. employee numbers, account numbers, etc.)? If so, you could insert a column on one sheet and use VLOOKUP to see whether the key exists on the other sheet or not. Then repeat the process with the other sheet. A little sorting, some cutting and pasting and you're done.
Or what do you mean by "unmatched data"? Some sample data to describe what you are facing would help greatly.
