I have a client who has a 117 page catalog done in Publisher. Now, we have this as a PDF. What we want to do is convert this to HTML.
I understand how to hyperlink from the table of contents to a specific page but is there are way to make Publisher automatically hyperlink each page to the next?
In other words if some wants to go page by page through the HTML pages, how can we automatically add on top of each page "Back / Forward" or something like that?
