Huntgroup voicemail 1

I am having a problem with voicemail not picking up to leave a message for one of my huntgroups. When someone calls the huntgroup they go into the queue and after 30 seconds they go to the still queue on the Voicemail Pro. After that how can I get them to go the huntgroups voicemail box to leave a message? I have setup a voicemail box for the huntgroup and I am able to log into the voicemail box to check messages and I am able to forward messages to it.

Please help..

Voicemail Pro, in the still queue under that HG, put in a menu, 2 second timeout, leave mail action on timeout, specifiy huntgroup mailbox. give it a try.
