hunt group

I work in a telecom dept. and need advice on a hunt group on our G3R.
I have a VDN that points to a vector.
The vector sees that it the right time of day and it goes to line 8 which is, queue-to split 29.
The department that logs into split 29 is receving calls, but when they are on the phone they are not getting anymore calls.
So when someone else calls the phone dosen't ring.
I was thinking there is a field in the split that I need to change so the phone will ring when other calls come in.
Am I right and if so what do I need to change?

Neverm mind. It's the Multiple Call Handling field. I put many-forced and tested it. They are getting multiple calls now.
