Hunt group question 1

I have a hunt group with 5 agents, announcement ON ,with login buttons.

Is there a way to program the hunt group that if no agents are logged in, I could transfer the call to a cell phone ?
 
Set the Immediate Overflow on the HG to 'No Active Agents'. Create a new HG set to sequential with no VM and no queuing. Add a phantom user to the new group that forwards calls to a cell phone and assign this as the overflow destination of your main HG.
