HSRP Cisco Switch

Hello,

Im planning on change 3com switch to a Cisco Switch Layer 3 3750 series, but mostly of our servers use linux OS, i want to know if is possible to implement hsrp between sever linux and cisco switch?, unfortunately this series 3750 only support hsrp.

I'm afraid you're between a rock and a hard place. Cisco notes on the 3750's are clear that it won't support VRRP, while I can guarantee the Linux box wont support HSRP or GLBP.

The good news here is that you said "planning". Plan around this problem by getting a model that supports VRRP.
