HP-DeskJet 648c, why does it keep on printing computer code????

whenever I try to print something (from Microsoft Word, or from my insurance programs), the printer prints computer code only. I performed the demonstration test, and that worked perfectly (HP Welcome..... and a colored leaf in the centre); I tried printing documents with different programs, and it keeps on printing computer code. I installed the program twice (removing it once, then installing again), and the outcome was the same (computer code).

Hi there I also used to have this problem but not so severe as what you seem to have, I updated my driver from hp's site and it's fixed the problem I think another reason what could cause this problem is low memory, hope that helps
