How to view Log files

Open up your Element Manager program.
Select File from the top left hand side.
Then click on View Network Element Logs
Now click on the Files of type drop down box to change from systemlog to Element Manager *.tar files.
Select your systems tar files and finally click on open. It will take a few minutes for it all to unzip into around 4 folders.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.
Select File from the top left hand side.
