How to set up SIP device on 3300 with 3cx Phone

Hi peeps

How do i configure a SIP device on my 3300 so i can use a sip client like 3cx

What software version are you running.

I have had 3CX working, you program it just like any other extension except the device type will be Generic SIP Phone.

I must admit I haven't tested any call feature besides make and receive a call.

I have tried to set i up as a normal user except set a pin and choose generic sip device.

in the 3cx settings i just put extn as username and pin as passcode but it just comes up not connected

any ideas?

Is your mobile (3cx) device on the same network as the 3300? If not, do you have something like MBG (teleworker) running? What have you entered for the domain in the 3cx settings?
