How to receive XML through HTTP Post?

Can I receive XML files/data through HTTP post using a website under IIS6:

I have a vendor who needs to transit XML data over to site securely using HTTP posts. Not sure how to accomplish this task. Any pointers?

'Securely' and 'HTTP' don't mix well, use at least HTTPS.

If it is just xml files you'd find it easier to use SFTP

Biglebowskis Razor - with all things being equal if you still can't find the answer have a shave and go down the pub.
