I have two running server in my company. Server A is a new webserver and Server B is the old webserver.

My Questions is:

(1) How to move the existing PDC from old webserver to replace the BDC on the new server? Because at the moment the new webserver still running depend on the old one. If I switch of the old one then the user have problem to join the network and also can't do remote desktop connection.

I take it that these machines are also serving as your active directory servers?

Have you setup Active Directory on the new server? Have you setup DNS on the new server? Have you moved any DHCP scopes to the new server? Have you changed the workstations DNS settings to point to the new server? Have you moved the FSMO roles to the new server?

All of this (to begin with) needs to be done correctly before you'll be able to retire the old server.

Yes it is.

I'm new in networking area, so I'm on process of learning it.

The new server already has the AD which is aaa.com and DNS as well which is Webserv.
The old one has AD name same as the new one and IKARUGA for the DNS.

(1)How to move the DHCP scope from the old server?
(2)How to change the workstations DNS settings to point to the new server? Is this description below answer this current question?

My current setting:
OLD webserv as follow:
IP address: 192.168.1.5
Preferred DNS: 192.168.1.2
Alternative DNS: 192.168.1.15

NEW webserv:
IP address: 192.168.1.2
Preferred DNS: 192.168.1.2
Alternative DNS: 192.168.1.15

(3) How to move the FSMO to the new server?

Thanks

When you setup active directory on the new server, did you join it to the same domain, or did you create a new domain?

Your old server is using 192.168.1.2 as it's DNS server, yet you are using that IP for the new server. What was on that IP address?
What is on the 192.168.1.15 IP address?

192.168.1.15 the other Backup DC that running on other server.

I try following instruction:
(1) move all FSMO roles using ntdsutil transferring:
- Transfer domain naming master
- Transfer infrastructure master
- Transfer PDC
- Transfer RID master
- Transfer schema master

(2) seize all FSMO roles from old DC to new DC using
ntdsutil.
- Seize domain naming master
- Seize infrastructure master
- Seize PDC
- Seize RID master
- Seize schema master

!!! Do, I need to restart the new webserver after I
transferring all the roles?

At the moment, I didn't restart the server and did some test with netdiag and the found following error:
Domain membership test...... Failed
[WARNING] The system volume has not been completely replicated to the local machine. This machine is not working properly as a DC.

When running dcdiag following errors was found:
(1) Starting test: KnowsOfRolesHolders
......webserver failed test advertising

(2) Starting test: frsevent
There are warning on error events within the last 24
hours after the SYSVOl has been shared. Failing SYSVOL
replication problems may cause Group Policy problems.

(3) Starting test: kccevent
......webserver failed test kccevent
