how to manipulate cbo

I was wondered if it's possible to manipulate a combobox.
I like a combobox with info stored on the folowing way

I store the query so the fields come up
Floor Room Date Price Days
First floor room 13 121202 23,23 7
First floor room 41 20202 32,32 4
Second floor room 33 30202 3,43 4

I like it when the second First floor isn't visible in the cbo, so it looks like
Floor Room Date Price Days
First floor room 13 121202 23,23 7
room 41 20202 32,32 4
Second floor room 33 30202 3,43 4

It's possible. I know a way of doing is to create a table which is going to contain the rows for combo box.
This table going to be populated by reading one by one from origin. The origin could be a table or file and so on..
ex. read one record and save the floor. If that floor repeats insert a space for the next record and so on..
