I have 2 questions on this.
1) What files do I need to include with the distributed package to allow users to create and edit existing reports with the REPORT WIZARD. (I already know it is distributable)
2) If put a button on a form and have it run "wzreport.app" I get the report wizard for sure, but I only get the option to create a one-to-one report. However if I bring up REPORT WIZARD in the development environment, I get the option to create a 1-to-1 OR a 1-to-many report. That's the choice I need the user to have.

I'm not sure if this is the complete answer, but I think you also need to distribute the report template files. These are FRX and FRT files from the VFP/Wizards directory.

The templates have names that reflect the styles that you choose in step 3 of the wizard (e.g. casual.fr*). In the case of the templates for the one-to-many wizard, they have the letter "m" after the style name (e.g. casualm.fr*).

Hope this helps.

Mike

Thanks Mike..but I still :
1) Don't get the Report Designer to come up after the fields and such are chosen. It seems to come up as I exit the app.
2) Don't get the option of choosing a 1-to-many report template.

I think you need a version of Wizard.DBF that includes the wizards you're distributing.
