I already enabled the service observing but dont know how to disable it. Need help.

Remove the feature access code for it in "change feature

You can also change the CORs and change the 'Can Service Observe' field to 'n'.

Thats not what i ment. I need to enable/disable this feature if its needed or not.

Its like Send all calls, i can press a feature access code to enable, and i can press FAC to disable it. Something like this. Its not like totally remove the feature.

you would manipulate / administer via the feature access code....
enter feature access code then the extension or agent login id that you wish to service observe...

This is done via RFA license for R10 and higher CM versions and by Avaya services login on Definity ECS versions R9 and lower.

Code:
display system-parameters customer-options Page 6 of 11
                         CALL CENTER OPTIONAL FEATURES

                          Call Center Release: 5.0

Hi offdahook,

I already did that step, and im already monitoring extension 777, i can successfully do a service observe on this extension. Now what i want to do is to stop monitoring/listening to this extension 777. What is the step? Do i need to press another FAC + ext 777 to remove the service observing on this extension?

Next step is hang up the phone used to service observe.
