how to disable design view

Hi everyone...
I was wondering if anyone out there know how to disable the design view mode? This does not mean that i want to go to the startup menu and uncheck "allow default shortcut menus". This would work but it also disable the right click which i really need it. So i'm wondering if there are any other ways that go around or solve this.

The first thing that comes to mind is to replace the vanilla shortcut menu with a custom menu that only gives the users access to the functions that you want them to control. A custom menu keeps the standard shortcut menu from being displayed, even when "Allow default Shortcut Menu" is selected. I do this on all projects.
