How to change the message? 1

I have to change the first greeting on a MERLIN system
( the name of the company).

The guy who programmed it, left but he told me:
" It is nothing you can just dial in and change it"

I don't know anything about MERLIN, I don't even know what to tell you...

Can anyone help me ?

I assume this is an autoattendant greeting for a voicemail system - that you need to change. To do that - we need to know what type of voicemail you have. You can go to where the system is mounted - and look for the voicemail module. It will either be an 007 MLM, Merlin Mail R3 or older - stand-alone unit (looks like a small computer - mounted by the phone system) or Merlin Messaging module - which will be grey in color). Let us know which one.
