How to access pst files and mail ?

Does anyone can help me find an article on how to get addresability to pst files in Outlook and read the mail on it?

I have been able to set the public folders but can access the favorite folders (pst) files and/or mail.

An article and/or example on how to do this will be appreciated.

The application that I'm executing is Outlook. I'm trying to developed code to be executed in access that will read a pst file in Outlook and read the message on it.

In really what I need to do is access the outlook Exchange Server and get a specific folder and read the emails.

The hints does not address accessing the Exchange Server and/or how to access the Favorites in Outlook.
