Is there something that I am missing? We have a station that someone has activated SOMEWHERE, that we need to activate on the correct set. When we try a "ch st xxxx," we can't change the port to "x" so that we can activate elsewhere.

Does anyone know how we can do this? I really DON'T want to remove and add a station any time this happens. Thanks for the help!!

Did you try to activate the extension on the correct set anyway? By activating it on the correct set you might deactivate it on the other one... Worth wile trying?

MCP2000 sorry to say but you can't X port a 46xx series set, it is IP, if you need to remove the set to disconect the number, just follow the normal programming command "rem st "

All the best

MCP2000,

if you want to block this extension, just change its security code and do busyout/release station. upon receiving release request the phone will reboot but will be unable to register with gatekeeper because security code was changed.
