Hotel with a NEAX 2400 IMS

I have a customer that referred to me they are a hotel withh 220 beds and about 12 depatment extensions.

All lines are analog POTS with COX. The system looks like it was last updated in 2000 for Y2K.

They have two issues. Their voicemail is not working properly and their hospitality system is off line.

I was able to activate the remote diagnostics modem. I have a line connected to and it is answering.

I need some tech support help.

Can anyone refer me to a reliable and affordable tech support group that will hold my hand and help me help this customer.

NEC TAC! this will have hotel motel software in it so the command structure is different to a standard 2400! Most techs cringe when given a hotel motel job as you don't work on them that often and it is a completely seperate course for how to do them!

I am hoping to get the voice mail system back on line first.

In was with NEC for 15 years and was a specialist in NEAX 2400 Hotel Motel software I installed Hyatt Chicago, O'hare, Houston, Westin Maui, St. Francis San Francisco.

And the Westin Maui.

I can probably help you. Many of my friends are still with NEC.
