Hospitality Calling Privileges

We have a Definity G3si for our hotel. Right now when a room is not checked in the phone has on property and local calling privileges. I would like to change the permissions so that an unchecked in room only can call on property. I have been unable to find the correct procedure to make this change. Can someone help me?

under system features, "replaces ______"
The PMS sends a 1 2 3 or 4 which defines the restriction level of checked out rooms.

Options are something like station-station, none.

Look under controlled restrictions in the manual for the definitions of 1 thru 4, they are different for each option.
