Peter is correct.
The only real way to achieve this is to get custome q'ing set up so it plays a long wav file. You would have 2 custom q's each playing a different wav.
However once this call is answered and put on hold by an agent all callers will get the same music on hold source which would be a cd player or one of the other methods etc.

I think with voice mail pro I can make two short codes with two musics, so to make a call on hold I'll use the first code for custmer one and the second code for custmer two. I don't have VMPro licence yet so what I can't test this now, but i want to know if it's possible?

That is possible but how are you going to retrieve the call once you have conferenced it into vm to play a wav?

I hate voicemail, i would rather sit and wait for somebody to answer.
Do you know the germans do not sell VM at all.
I was talking to somebody from the states at Avaya who said the germans do not do voicemail AT ALL, they just have never ending hunt groups.

The germans hate voicemail so much, they don't even have a decent word for it.
But i think most europeans hate voicemail, the only reason for most eu customers to buy VM Pro is because it is a very sophisticated answering machine.

And anyway, thinking about it logically, 2 MOH sources is going to need 2 MOH inputs, a software version is not going to punch a hoe in the back of the unit and solder a new input on.

I dont think we brits hate Voicemail as such
we do hate the following
1) people who do not return calls after you have left a msg
2) Auto attendat systems that are designed to keep you away from human beings at all costs instead of routing you quickly to the correct dept (Voicemail Gaol)
the above are so common that we now cringe with fear everytime we get one.

why not mix 2 or more tracks together on 1 file? I use Mixmeister pro, pretty good for beat matching, makes the site and customer look really cool and hip.
