Hi I need stats from Cisco Historical Reports to tell me how many times a call was diverted to another number via a script.

I.e. the script is programmed to forward a call to 6016 when pressing 1, (for repairs), 6015 when pressing 2 (to report nusience behaviour) etc.

Is there a report that can gather this info? The nearest I can find is a detailed Call Report by Called Number by Destination Type (unknown, Agent and Device- I selected them all even though this script does not forward to Agents mearly to a hunt group number). However the graph it generates is very garbled as the numbers listed on the axis overlap each other. I 've tried different magnification but that does nothing to resolve it.
Is this the right report to generate and is there anyway we can see this info more clearly?

why don't you put a CallType node in front of each label node. That way, you could just simply run a report against each CallType.

Really? I'll give it a go thanks (i'm fairly new to this)
