Hide Shares in Backup Selections

When I create a new backup job in Backup Exec 11d, I have one server that has a multitude of shared folders. I have no need to backup these folders so I have to navigate around them to find the files to backup. Is there any way to hide the shares?

Tools - option - network/security - uncheck the box?

Correct. There is no way to hide the shares that I know if. Maybe there is something on registry.
