I am new to the Siemens/Octel world due to employee leaving the company. I am trying to put pieces together on how calls from Siemens Hicom server are passed to Octel voice mail server, here is the issue I seem to be having.
Calls come into receptionist desk and phone is set to DND, call is passed to Octel server. I would like to have one message that is played during normal business hours on the Octel server and another message played after hours and weekends. When DND is turned on I would like to have a date and time check to determine what message on the Octel server will play to the caller.
Is there a simple way to set this process up and handle calls correctly on the Octel server?
