If you work for a company that is certified by Ericsson
as a serviceprovider ,you will get access to their
md110 support web .
There is also a yearly fee for beeing serviceprovider
that includes access to their web site and faultreporting system.

Yes,I have just been employed by Ericsson reseller and my knowledge of MD110 goes back to version 9.How doI get access to this site or atleast can you send me thje URL?

It's no help to give you the url ,they use HTTP over SSL.
You need to be assigned in their database
with user name and password .
You will have to take this up with your bosses in
your organization .
Remember this access cost money .
