Help with Setting Up a Domain

I am new to setting up websites. Our company has moved from a shared server to a colocated server running W2K and IIS. Once I've uploaded all the content, how do I specify our domain name.

For example, where do I put in that this server is the website for

http://www.mycompany.com.

Also, I want to make our other domains 'pointer domains', such as

http://www.mycompany.net,

http://www.mycompany.ca,

and point to our .com address.

Hi!
You have to register the domain name,then you will be able to redirect the request to the desiered domain means you have to register all the domain mycompany.ca, mycompany.net, mycompany.com.
