Our sys admin is out of the office at the moment, and I have a couple of questions:

#1 We have 2 PRI cards, each attached to it's own 2mb euroisdn line. For the first card, any number called on it is directed to the appropriate extension.

The second card, however, always directs incoming calls to a certain extension, regardless of the ddi number called.

How/where do I change this behaviour to match that of the first card ?

#2 Is is possible for the system to call an extension (say 711), and if there is no answer / it is busy, for it to redial the number, but add a "8" to the number (i.e. 8711) and route the call through the second card ?

Many, many thanks in advance

you can use a redirect on the 711 number as to rna hta treatment. at route that is marked auto, allows you to send calls to a predefined number. if 711 is your att the the atdn overflow would send the number to a second step, in order to redirect on the original dialed digits i would use a synposium server, you may or may not be getting the original dialed digits on that ckt. load 96 enl msgi xx on your dchl for that e1 will show you a screen for each call, the switch can route on that data, or can auto term. you can use an idc table (ld 49) to alter the received digits is they don't match your numbering plan.
