Help - recovering files after XP recovery

My parents laptop with their entire business on crashed. I was not about so... recommended XP recovery, it was run and replaced entire XP and previous user profiles. They set up new profiles not realising what had happend.

Now is there any way i can recover a previous profile? There is nothing left in the C: i recognise, no previous drivers or programs. I have done a search and found nothing. Has it overweitten all? They would be prepared to pay for recovery if thats the best thing, please recommend.

All the docs were in "my computer" and some in C:

Well usually "recovery process" can be done if on the HD physically data is not overwriten. I'm afraid, there is nothing you could do with that,

However, try to contact any recovery companies.

Getdataback, worked pretty f9 for me.
