HELP!!Netview with Framework

Normally, we need do something on Framework before or after installating Netview(AIX platform), create->managedNode, then create-> NetviewServer.
Now, I'm handling a production case, base on AIX platform, netview is running, but I cann't find any related information on Framework,Can anyone give me some suggestion.

What version of netview is installed on this platform? Note, older versions of netview/6000 did not require Tivoli Framework. I think it was around version 4.1.2 that netview was integrated with Tivoli.

It's netview 6.0.2, so it should be with framework, Can I find which framework the netview base?

I didn't think it was possible to install that level of netview without framework (I think that should be framework 3.7.1). Can you check if any tivoli components are installed?
lslpp -l|grep -i tivoli
