HELP ME in Importing data

Any Help would be highly appreciated

Here is my question!

I have database, which have 4 fields
1) part # , Track # , date and serial#

I like to import date and serial# only if part# and tracking # matches
I don’t have any programming experience !!
What should I write in script ?

Why not import all your records and then find the records you don't need and delete them.
