We had a problem starting the Networker service so the technicina un-installed Networker and then tried to re-install and had the following message when trying to start the services

error 1920 NSREXECD failed to start verify the account has sufficinet privileges to start system services.

The aaccount that was used does have privileges.

ANY IDEAS!!!!

The is a specific right in windows wich is called "Run as service / Start a service at boot" or something like that. An account with admin privileges does not necessarly owns that right.

You really should check user rights.

did the person who re-installed have admin rights to that system?
