Hello,

I have a question about EHDU.
example:

I have a normal extension 300 user
With HotDesk 400 for mobile number xxxxxxxxxxxx
I programmed a PRG 300 with 400 it works.

Is it normal that if I call the number 400 internally I get the message (call not allowed)

Thanks for your help.

It is possible that 400 is restricted from dialing by either COR or COS.

Calls via the PRG follow the master extension for COS and COR

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

Hello

No COR programmed.
Then paramettre in which COS?

Thanks

if you take 400 out of the PRG and try to dial it what do you get? I seem to recall something regarding this and having to have a permanent login set for the EHDU extension. Sorry its been a while and I can't remember the exact solution.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

I Assume you are dialing from a completely different extension to test, As I have witnessed a user create a PRG, set one busy all busy then call the PRG from their deskphone and expect the mobile to ring.
