We have MM 5.2. When a user access their messages via the telephone, it just gives the option to play the message, etc. but does not give them the date/time the call was received (like Audix did). I don't pay much attention to it because I check my messages via my mobile or PC. I know we can press "5" while the messages is playing to get the header details but is there any option for having this turned on at the server level so it is automatically offered?
 
I am going to assume that you are using the Aria TUI with the MM (press 5 for envelope info). If you want to turn on the feature for everyone in the MM COS then set the Aria TUI Date/Time Playback to Always. If you want the subscribers (if access available to Subscriber Options) then set to Subscriber Control so each subscriber, within that COS, can choose either to press 5 or always play the message arrival time before the message is heard.
